Housing Procurement and Bids

The Sanford Housing Authority (SHA) established a Procurement Policy in order to create fair and equitable treatment of all persons or firms involved in supplying materials, equipment and services to the SHA including but not limited to construction, design and consulting.

The SHA procurement staff help navigate policies and procedures that guide the agency in the procurement of material, supplies, equipment, and services, including construction projects, and provide staff with sufficient guidance to make prudent, reasonable and efficient procurement decisions at the most favorable prices.
